Fabric Function Treatment

Fabric Function Treatment
Anti bacterial Function
Unless humans live in a sterile cabin, we are bound to face endless bacteria and fungi. And some of them have been shown to induce some of the deadliest diseases known to man. Some products of REYSHIONWA already have function anti-bacterial, and a variety of antibacterial and antiviral treatments are used on the fabric to keep the clothes hygienic and safe. It also reduces the hassle of washing and reduces unpleasant odors.
In life, most bacteria are single-celled microorganisms. They rely on proteases for metabolism and further reproduction. When RUDOLF SILVERPLUS comes into contact with oxygen metabolizing enzymes, the oxygen metabolizing enzymes will snatch one of the silver ions, making the silver a positively charged silver ion. And the silver ion will attract the specific binding of the negatively charged thiol group in the protease. During this process, the cell wall will be punctured, so as to achieve the effect of sterilization.
Durable Water Repellent PFC Free
Learning from how water droplets gather and roll off a lotus leaf, the DWR treatment creates a waterproof fabric by increasing contact surface and surface tension. The chemical coating casts microscopic spikes that suspend water droplets a few microns above the actual surface of the fabric. In this state, small water droplets travel farther away from the larger water column, which in turn is pulled from the plant surface by gravity. According to the World Environmental Protection Organization, the chemical substances used in DWR coating will have a certain impact on the environment. So it is required that the chemical substances should not contain fluorine. Therefore, all REYSHIONWA products with water-repellent function use DWR C0 PFC Free only. We believe that as an environmentally conscious clothing brand, we have the responsibility to contribute to global environmental protection.
Seam Taped Waterproof
The Waterproof function must be based on two conditions before it can be called waterproof. First, the fabric must be waterproof. In industrial production, the process of waterproof fabric is divided into coating and lamination to achieve waterproof function. Although waterproof fabrics have been used, in the process of making garments, there will be needle holes in all the positions that have been sewn, which leads to non-waterproof. Therefore, all seams need to be fully taped to ensure that the product is 100% waterproof from face to inside.
The principle of the full-glue process is to melt the glue of the heat-sealing strip and fill it to the gap and the surrounding fabric to form a perfect sealing structure. However, all the products of the full-glue process cannot be washed frequently or at high temperature, and include drying. Because the adhesive strip will take off and affect the waterproof function. After wearing for a period of time, it is recommended to just wipe the dirty place and let it air dry.
REYSHIONWA's fully waterproof rainwear products will soon be developed and recommended to.
UV Protection Funtion
Ozone is being depleted faster due to increased human activity, more carbon dioxide and bromine emissions, and the Earth's initial shield against UV rays is weakening. The amount of ultraviolet light that humans are exposed to at the surface is greater than ever before. UV rays can have harmful effects on humans in as little as 5-10 minutes. Long-term exposure to UV rays can lead to skin rashes and even skin cancer. Humanity will continue to remain on the surface, and protection is essential in a promising future.
Our UV protection clothing is the last barrier between your body and these rays. We always use anti-UV fiber instead of after-treatment, so that our products have more permanent protection and will not be consumed by daily washing.
